Bring Your Own Maps. Our AI Makes Them Game-Ready — without ever training on your work. Upload any dungeon, spaceship, or battlefield. We detect walls, doors, and lighting in under 60 seconds, then delete your file within 24 hours.
Lags during combat. Crashes at critical moments. $10/month for features that should be standard.
Port forwarding? Hosting setup? Module conflicts? You just want to run a game, not manage a server.
Clicking hundreds of walls. Placing every door. Setting up lighting. 3 hours later... you still haven't started playing.
Bring your own maps — bought, downloaded, or hand-drawn. Our AI detects walls, doors, and lighting. You tweak and play. That simple.
Most AI tools take what you upload and use it. We don't. Built by someone who's spent 30 years in gaming communities — we know what extraction feels like, and we built the opposite.
Maps you upload for VTT processing are auto-deleted within 24 hours of your download. Default behavior, not a setting buried in a menu.
Your uploaded content is never used as training data for any AI model — internally, externally, ever. No exceptions, no fine print.
Every visual asset on this platform is hand-painted by a working artist, paid fairly, and credited by name. No scraped foundation models.
When launched: artists keep 80–85% of every sale. Of our 15–20% platform fee, our profit is capped at ~5% — the rest is itemized cost coverage that artists can audit. Fees flow both directions with our actual costs: savings get passed back to artists, not pocketed. Per-listing permissions, revocable any time.
Every permission change, every sale, every retention setting is timestamped and auditable. Trust requires receipts; we keep them.
Our AI helps you use existing maps faster — wall detection, grid alignment, lighting suggestions. It does not generate art. Procedural map tools are algorithmic, not trained on artists.
📜 Why these commitments matter: We watched what happened to other platforms when they broke trust with their communities. We built ours so that can't happen here. Read the full story →

No. Never. Maps you upload for VTT processing are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your download by default, and they are never used as training data for any AI model — internally, externally, ever. Our AI is trained on commissioned datasets only.
No. GameReady AI's "AI" refers to utility AI — wall detection, grid alignment, lighting suggestions — the same family as Photoshop content-aware fill or Topaz upscalers. It does not generate art. Our procedural map tools (dungeon and hex generators) are algorithmic, not trained on artists.
When the marketplace launches, artists keep 80–85% of every sale (vs DriveThruRPG's 70%). Permissions are per-listing and revocable any time, with audit logs on every change. We will not accept AI-generated listings. Read the full commitments →
The fee is a transparent cost-pass-through with a small profit cap. Of every marketplace sale, our actual profit is capped at ~5%. The rest of the 15–20% covers real costs: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and bandwidth, the trust infrastructure (audit logs, permission snapshots, lifetime re-download hosting), and support. Every artist will see the full breakdown on their fee dashboard.
Fees flow in both directions. If our costs go up, the fee may rise — with 30 days advance notice and a published cost breakdown. If our costs go down, we pass those savings back to artists, not pocket them. Most marketplaces ratchet fees one direction; we explicitly reject that pattern.
The ~5% profit cap is a brand promise, not a fee mechanic. It cannot be raised without 90 days advance notice and full public reasoning. Subscriptions ($4 / $8 tiers) are our revenue engine — the marketplace exists because artists asked for a place to sell their work, not as our profit center.
That's intentional. We make our money on subscriptions ($4 Player+ and $8 Game Master tiers), not on extracting from artists. Capping the marketplace profit at ~5% keeps us honest: as platform scale grows, hosting costs grow, but our cut stays the same. The math can't drift quietly toward "the marketplace is now our main revenue line." Words after deeds — when the marketplace launches, the fee dashboard will prove the math.
